We do not give out or sell your username, password, email or other contact information that you provide us. At this time, we do not manually input your credit information for billing. Your credit card information is not sent to us but goes directly to our Merchant provider for processing. It is our mission to serve all our patrons with excellence, including their personal information.

We do provide your contact information to the shipping provider for your product so that they can contact you during delivery if it is necessary.
Shipping Notice
We ship via UPS and USPS. All products damaged in shipment are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. You are advised to examine the contents of your shipment immediately upon delivery and make any necessary claims with the shipping provider. The replacement of an product is at the discretion of PureHoney.com.
Typically your order will be shipped the following work day from the order date. From time to time a specific floral variety of honey may be out of stock due to instore purchases. You will be contacted whether you would like to wait for your floral variety of honey to be re-bottled and restocked for shipment in the next 30 days from your purchase or have your money refunded.
Return Policy
Queens and Packages (Live Bees):
Once queens or packages are shipped or picked up there is no return allowed because we can not control the shipping conditions. We allow customers to pick up queens or package bees at 5420 Dixon Avenue West, Dixon, CA 95620. Customers that pick up product must examine the content of package bees and queens for satisfaction. We will then exchange any queen or package bees not to the satisfaction of the customer. Leaving the premises of Noble Apiaries with product constitutes customer satisfaction with the order.
Food Items:
There is no returns allowed on food items.
Pollen Substitute:
Unopened packages must be returned within 10 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Grafting and Mating Nuc Products:
Non used products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Policy
In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving your email notice of cancellation. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Noble Apiaries LLC before 1:00 PM (PST) on the day following the on-line purchase. We are unable to cancel orders that have already entered the shipping process. All cancellations must be made by email at:
cancel@queenbeesforsale.com.
All cancellations require your name, phone,email, the order number and specific products that you want to cancel. You can get this information from the invoice emailed to you after making your order.
