Return Policy

Queens and Packages (Live Bees): Once queens or packages are shipped or picked up there is no return allowed because we can not control the shipping conditions. We allow customers to pick up queens or package bees at 5420 Dixon Avenue West, Dixon, CA 95620. Customers that pick up product must examine the content of package bees and queens for satisfaction. We will then exchange any queen or package bees not to the satisfaction of the customer. Leaving the premises of Noble Apiaries with product constitutes customer satisfaction with the order.

Food Items: There is no returns allowed on food items.

Pollen Substitute: Unopened packages must be returned within 10 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Grafting and Mating Nuc Products: Non used products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
