unless the product has entered the shipping process. All cancellations

email, the order number and specific products that you want to cancel. You can get this information from the invoice

Refund
Policy: In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving
your email notice of cancellation. If you paid by check, it will take longer
for you to receive the refund.

We include one additional queen for every 25
queens ordered in each shipment. All our queens are examined for
viability before they are boxed for shipping. We pack our queen bees in
vented boxes with food (candy), sponges filled with water, and support bees.
Queens are caged but support attendant bees may not be caged within the
shipping container. (Support Attendant
Bees may be loose within shipping container.
Be careful when opening package.)

acknowledge and are aware that the weather can cause delays in the fulfillment
date. If we are unable to fulfill your
package bees or queens as requested on your deposit invoice, we will notify you
and you will have the option to receive your order at a latter fulfillment date
or cancel your order with a full refund. All orders are filled in the
order they are received (FIFO) by fulfillment date.

Bees: We provide a means for
customers to make preorders for queens and package bees. These preorders are
deposits to guarantee queens or packages are being specifically raised and set
aside for you as a customer. We require a 25% deposit on each preorder.
In order to fulfill the order, the remaining
balance must be paid in full one week prior to the fulfillment date on the
deposit invoice. A failure to pay the balance one week in advance
of the requested fulfillment date (shipping date) will result in a previous
deposit for that specific fulfillment date to be forfeited.
We provide our customers a way to pay their
remaining balance online. Prior to your
fulfillment date we will send you an email reminding you of the balance due on
your order for each specific shipping date.
This reminder will provide you with a link to your remaining balance.
The remaining balance indicated online may be part of your ?total
remaining balance? depending on the number of shipping dates requested on your original
deposit invoice.
The remaining balance indicated online is
the 75% of your remaining balance for all products with the same fulfillment
date plus any related shipping charges related to those products if it applies.
