Sales Agreement

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order for any item sold by Noble Apiaries LLC on Queenbeesforsale.com within 24 hours of your online order unless the product has entered the shipping process.  All cancellations must be made by email at: info@queenbeesforsale.com.  All cancellations require your name, phone, email, the order number and specific products that you want to cancel.  You can get this information from the invoice emailed to you.  

Refund Policy: In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving your email notice of cancellation. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.

Return Policy:

?         Queens and Packages (Live Bees): Once queens or packages are shipped or picked up there is no return allowed because we can not control the shipping conditions.  We allow customers to pick up queens or package bees at 5420 Dixon Avenue West, Dixon, CA 95620.  Customers that pick up product must examine the content of package bees and queens for satisfaction.  We will then exchange any queen or package bee not to the satisfaction of the customer.  Leaving the premises of Noble Apiaries with product constitutes customer satisfaction with the order. 

 

?         Other Products: 

o       Food Items:  There is no return allowed on food items.

o       Pollen Substitute: Unopened packages must be returned within 10 days of purchase.  A 15% restocking fee will apply.

o       Grafting and Mating Nuke Products: Non used products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. 

 

 

Shipping and Insurance Notice: We ship via UPS Next Day Air, uninsured.  Queens shipped via UPS are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for queens or package bees that are left in the cold or hot sun by shipping company.  You are advised to examine the contents of your shipment immediately upon delivery. Replacement is at the discretion of Noble Apiaries LLC.   

We include one additional queen for every 25 queens ordered in each shipment.  All our queens are examined for viability before they are boxed for shipping.  We pack our queen bees in vented boxes with food (candy), sponges filled with water, and support bees.   Queens are caged but support attendant bees may not be caged within the shipping container.   (Support Attendant Bees may be loose within shipping container.  Be careful when opening package.)

1) Ordering Queens Now for Immediate Shipment:   When we have queens available ?now,? your requested shipping date must be within one week of online purchase. 

Those making preorders for April and May acknowledge and are aware that the weather can cause delays in the fulfillment date.  If we are unable to fulfill your package bees or queens as requested on your deposit invoice, we will notify you and you will have the option to receive your order at a latter fulfillment date or cancel your order with a full refund.  All orders are filled in the order they are received (FIFO) by fulfillment date. 

Shipping:  We ship all our queens via UPS Next Day Air, uninsured.  Queens shipped via UPS are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Package Bees "delivered to your doorstep" are delivered via UPS. No PO Boxes are allowed. We offer live time UPS rates when you order. For Package Bees "delivered" you must select UPS overnight. Package bees for "pick up" must be picked up at Noble Apiaries LLC: 5420 Dixon Ave West, Dixon CA 95620 unless other arrangements are made.

By purchasing this product you acknowledge that the services rendered by DixonDogWalk.com is in no way associated with Noble Apiaries LLC. By checking off this purchase agreement you relinquish Noble Apiaries LLC from all responsibilities associated with the purchase and rendering of service. Noble Apiaries is only acting as a transacting client on behalf of DixonDogWalk.com. If there is any problem with service or a need for a payment to be refunded then first call DixonDogWalk.com at 707 685-3307. If they agree to return payment then you will receive a refund in 7 business days. All reservations are subject to cancellation or rescheduling by DixonDogWalk.com. Reservations are allowed to only be made by clients that have been fully prescreened and dogs met and approved. 2) Preorders of Queen Bees and Package Bees:  We provide a means for customers to make preorders for queens and package bees. These preorders are deposits to guarantee queens or packages are being specifically raised and set aside for you as a customer.  We require a 25% deposit on each preorder.   

In order to fulfill the order, the remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to the fulfillment date on the deposit invoice.   A failure to pay the balance one week in advance of the requested fulfillment date (shipping date) will result in a previous deposit for that specific fulfillment date to be forfeited.

We provide our customers a way to pay their remaining balance online.  Prior to your fulfillment date we will send you an email reminding you of the balance due on your order for each specific shipping date.   This reminder will provide you with a link to your remaining balance.  The remaining balance indicated online may be part of your ?total remaining balance? depending on the number of shipping dates requested on your original deposit invoice.  

The remaining balance indicated online is the 75% of your remaining balance for all products with the same fulfillment date plus any related shipping charges related to those products if it applies.
